1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 17.2M spots, 4.6G bases, 1.4Gb downloads

Design: Cells were transferred twice in SDM 1% G plus POM 400ug/ml and then cells were grown for 8 hours in SDM with 0.5% G plus POM 400ug/ml at 37C under ambient atmospheric condition. Cells were pelleted and flash frozen. RNA was extracted with Zymo Direct-zol RNA miniprep kit, treated with Turbo DNase I and column-purified. RNA purity was confirmed via Bioanalyzer and sent to UIUC for sequencing.
